Participation Agreement

By participating in this Sweepstakes (the "Lucky Draw"), you ("Participant") agree to adhere to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. Your participation confirms that you meet all eligibility criteria and that you accept the Sponsor's decisions as conclusive and binding regarding this Sweepstakes. For any inquiries, comments, or issues related to the Sweepstakes, please direct your communication to the Sponsor. As a participant, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless FUCARE, as well as its successors, affiliates, and assigns, from any claims, liabilities, or damages (including but not limited to personal injury, property damage or loss) that may arise from your participation in the Sweepstakes. This includes the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, and any travel to or from the prize collection site. Additionally, you agree to FUCARE’s use of any photos, videos, or entries submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Eligibility Criteria for the Sweepstakes

  1. Residency Requirements: Participation in the sweepstakes is open exclusively to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) and Canada.
  1. Age Requirements: Participants must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, at the start of the Sweepstakes period.

Individuals must to sign up for the Lucky Draw on the campaign page on Fucare's official website (https://fucarebike.com/pages/2024-new-year-sale#Lucky%20Draw）

  1. Exclusions:

Employees, contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Fucare, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.

  1. Compliance with Laws:

The Lucky Draw is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

 

Campaign Period

  1. First Round:
  • Starts: January 1, 2024, at 00:00 AM PST
  • Ends: January 7, 2024, at 11:59 PM PST
  • Prize Announcements: The first/second/third prize winners will be announced on 01/08/2024 to 01/10/2024.
  1. Second Round:
  • Starts: January 8, 2024, at 00:00 AM PST
  • Ends: January 14, 2024, at 11:59 PM PST
  • Prize Announcements: The first/second/third prize winners will be announced on 01/15/2024 to 01/17/2024. 
  1. Third Round:
  • Starts: January 15, 2024, at 00:00 AM PST
  • Ends: January 21, 2024, at 11:59 PM PST
  • Prize Announcements: The first/second/third prize winners will be announced on 01/22/2024 to 01/24/2024.
  1. Fourth Round:
  • Starts: January 22, 2024, at 00:00 AM PST
  • Ends: January 28, 2024, at 11:59 PM PST
  • Prize Announcements: The first/second/third prize winners will be announced on 01/29/2024 to 01/31/2024.

 

How To Participate

To participate in the Lucky Draw, follow these steps:

  1. Eligibility Check: Make sure you meet the eligibility criteria, such as being a legal resident of the 48 contiguous United States or Canada and of the age of majority in your state.
  1. Make a Purchase:

Make a purchase on any of Fucare's brand new electric bikes at Fucare's Official Website(fucarebike.com/ca.fucarebike.com) or Fucare's Amazon/eBay/Walmart stores or Fucare's authorized dealers within the specified campaign period.

  1. Submit Required Information:
  • If you have made a purchase, submit your order information for the Lucky Draw on the campaign page on Fucare's official website
  • For those who purchase from authorized dealers, ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase ready(purchase date included). 
  1. Wait for the Announcement:
  • Keep an eye on the official announcement dates for the Lucky Draw results.
  • Check Fucare's official website and social media pages for winner announcements.

Remember, any contact initiated by individuals claiming to be winners will not affect the random result of the draw, and the final winners will only be determined based on the official announcement. Make sure to follow the instructions and terms detailed on the campaign page.

Winner Selection

  1. Selection Supervision: Winners will be selected under the supervision of FUCARE.
  1. Winner Notification: Selected winners will be notified via official email (info@fucarebike.com) within 7 business days of the draw. If a winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 5 business days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
  1. Liability Clause: FUCARE is not liable for notification failure due to incorrect contact information or security settings. Winners must comply with all laws and regulations; failure to do so results in disqualification.
  1. First Prize Criteria: Winners will be contacted via email(info@fucarebike.com) for address confirmation. Physical prizes will be shipped out for free within 14 business days after address confirmation. If the winner chooses to refund the original payment, he/she will be credited the actual payment amount(not the non-discounted original price) of the eBike via their original payment method. Different payment methods are not accepted for this campaign. Winners must acknowledge receipt of refund within 5 business days of transaction processing.
  1. Second Prize Criteria: Winners will be contacted via email (info@fucarebike.com) for address confirmation. Physical prizes will be shipped out for free within 14 business days after address confirmation.
  1. Third Prize Criteria: Winners will be received coupon codes via email (info@fucarebike.com).
  1. No Guarantee of Winning: Chances of winning depend on the number of entries. Prizes are nontransferable, and all related expenses are the winner's responsibility.

Winner Announcement and Verification

  1. The winners of the Lucky Draw will be determined randomly and announced officially by Fucare.
  2. Any contact by individuals claiming to be winners prior to the official announcement will not influence the draw results.
  3. The final winners will be determined solely based on the official announcement by Fucare.

  1. Winners will be notified via official email within 7 business days after selection. To claim the prize, winners must upload a post(pictures, videos) showcasing the Fucare bikes on their social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and tag Fucare's official account within 7 days of receiving the notification.
  1. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within 7 business days after the notification is sent, or does not timely publish the required post/video, complete and sign the declaration and authorization form, the prize will be forfeited. The prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.
  1. No Fee for Prize Redemption: Fucare will not request any fee for prize redemption. Please verify the authenticity of any contact claiming to be from Fucare.
